The tenant will remain in StampSync but all Exchange Online configuration will be removed and signatures will stop being applied.

Select from Azure AD users or enter email manually. They'll get access when they login with their Microsoft account.

By using StampSync, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Click Sign in as tenant's Microsoft 365 global admin below to open a new window with the standard Microsoft 365 sign-in page.
By signing in you'll associate your tenant with StampSync and authorize us to read & sync user data to email signatures.

Required Permissions:
• Read all users' basic profiles
• Read directory data
• Read domains
Select the region where your data will be processed and stored.
Note: Your data will be processed in the selected region. Currently, only EU region is available.
Choose how signatures will be applied to emails:
Add the following entry to your domain's SPF record to make sure emails with signatures don't land in spam. See instructions
After you've updated your SPF record, you can quickly validate it:
To add signatures in the cloud (after emails are sent) you need to create Exchange Online connectors and an Exchange transport rule to securely route the flow of your Microsoft 365 email through StampSync (

You can do it yourself or we can do it for you automatically (recommended). Your email is completely safe, as it will never leave Microsoft datacenters.
